An executive coach is a partner who works with an individual in a leadership position (or occasionally a leadership team) to help the leader develop their skills for the long term.

As an executive coach, Robert will work one on one with you to help you discover, develop and refine your skills and talents to be successful in meeting your career goals and your organization’s goals.

With confidential discussion and respectful feedback, Robert will create a safe and supportive environment to enable you to see the challenges and opportunities you face with new perspective.

Together we will set a specific developmental goal and agree on the key strategies to achieve the goal, as well as indicators of success.

Coaching is a partnership designed to meet your needs in your organization.

Why Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a development opportunity customized to your needs and your organization’s needs.

With coaching not only will you address your day to day challenges more effectively, you will develop and sharpen skills you need for long term success.

Coaching allows you to benefit from the support of a professional focused on helping you to be successful.

Coaching helps build your confidence from day to day.

Because the coaching is designed with you and for you, it is convenient, cost-effective and efficient.

How does It work?

While the process will vary from person to person, generally, the following steps are involved.

  • We will have an Initial meeting or discussion to determine if this will be a good fit for you.
  • Working together, and with input from others as appropriate, we will determine your goal for coaching and strategies to help achieve that goal.
  • We will agree on the goal, strategies and indicators of success in writing.
  • Meeting in-person, by video or telephone, typically once or twice a month, we will discuss your evolving circumstances and how you can meet the challenges in front of you while developing enduring skills for the future.
  • Periodically we will evaluate progress and our approach.

Most coaching assignments are between six months and one year.
